Halston Heritage Halter Dress

Gorgeous black halter dress with accordion style fabric. It has a deep V neckline and there is a hole between the lining and the over few if on the left side as shown in the video. I haven’t attempted to fix it, but it is not noticeable when the dress is on. Waist cinches in and it is so flattering! Almost like the black version of Marilyn’s iconic dress but shorter.
