Halston Heritage Cocktail Dress NWT

Strapless teal cocktail dress. NFO—I purchased NWT, but then was pregnant for the event and it didn’t fit. Though NWT there are some minor signs of wear on the loops for the fabric at the waist (not at all visible when the fabric is in the loops). Estimated retail value $325. Size 6, great for weddings, parties, and other events and a gorgeous true teal color.
