Halston Dark Blue Mini Dress with Gold Accented Waist Sz 4

This dress is soooo eclectic I love it! Wore it to a dance and that was the only time it’s been worn, would love for someone else to get some wear out of it. It is a very fun dress with subtle dark blue sparkly stripes and a fun beaded waistline. The sleeves are also very cool as they are in a way detached from the dress and hang loosely (as shown in the video). Let me know if I can answer any questions!
