Halogen watercolor pencil skirt

Beautiful skirt from Halogen by Nordstrom. Dry versatile with color palette and can wear this piece a lot of ways. Reposhing this item I purchased from @carrietraore. Loved it, but not right fit for me. Size states 16 but fits like 14. Length is 21”. Fabric is beautiful and skirt is full lined and nicely made. Questions? Leave a comment below!
