Halogen tweed pencil skirt

Gently loved Halogen (sold at Nordstrom) tweed pencil skirt. The base color is navy blue, with silver and light blue accent colors. Size 2P and fits true to size. Can fit a size 4 but may be a bit snug. There is one noticeable slight pull on the fabric (see photo) on the right back of the skirt, but not very noticeable when one.
