Halogen tailored paperbag navy blue and black skirt

Halogen fluted skirt fits to natural waist with a little touch of paper bag detail. Pleats are diagonal and the waist is is fluted. Attached black ribbon belt with snap button closure. Skirt has 5% elastane, so it has some stretch. Re-poshing for something new as it no longer suits my personal fashion. Please see photos for approximate measurements. Polyester/Viscose/Elastane
