Halogen short plaid skirt, size 6 petite

Very nice Halogen red white and blue skirt, fully lined, polyester/viscose blend, front overlaps as pictured, no pockets. Size 6 petite, 15" at waist, 19" long. Totally wearable even as a regular size, in excellent pre owned condition. From a smoke free home, happy to answer any questions.
