Halogen black pencil skirt - Size 4 - NWOT

Exceptionally well made, professional pencil skirt w/ a graceful curved seam traveling down to a front slit. I never wore the skirt, but when I tried it on w/ diff tops I put the slit along the side, rather than the the front.
