New without tags, never worn - Flowy, fully lined floral sleeveless top by Halogen, size Medium. Purchased at Nordstrom February 2021. Rich navy with statement blue/gray and coral floral print. The pleating is tighter for the first 17" from the neck down, then relaxes to a wider pleat to the hem. The bottom hem is finished; the navy lining is relaxed rather than fitted. This does run true to size in Halogen sizing, with the fit being casual and comfortable. If you wear a Large typically this would likely work for you as well.
