Halogen Midi Pencil Skirt

Wisteria and Black Pencil Skirt. Classic and fitted style. NWOT. X Stitching on the back slit still intact and needs to be removed prior to wear. Skirt was originally sold with a pencil belt which is not available. The skirt has small thread loops for the belt. Pictures indicate these.
