Halogen Black Pencil Skirt, Black, Size 2- BNWT

This Halogen pencil skirt is brand new with tags. The length is 23 inches and the waist is 14 inches- the camera overexposed the measuring stick for the waist but I re-measured it to confirm 14 inches. See pictures for fabric details.
