Halo Hair extension

Wrong color for me never worn , taken out of package try on. Does not match for me. Color is platinum . Synthetic hair that can be heat styled . Packaging has all details and care instructions. No low balling , just want what i paid for back. Please consider packaging purchase and gas $ to the post office. Thank you
