Halmode Plus 20W Royal Blue Dress with Matching Jacket. The bottom of the jacket has detailed stitched crisscrossed pattern. The back of the jacket has elastic gathers for a more fitted look. The dress in the front has a 4” band with a matching crisscrossed pattern to the jacket & the back has a 4” plain band.
