Halluin French Tapestry Palm tree

Palmier A beautiful traditional French tapestry with palm tree and tropical foliage. It is a Point de Loiselle's piece, made in Halluin, named "Palmier." The work is beautiful; very detailed with nuanced blending and depth of color. Signed on the front, "Hal," with three lions in a shield. It is lined on the backside with a fabric label. From a wall-paper panoramic of the 19th century "Isola Bella" attributed to Eugène Ehrmann (1804-1896) and to Georges Zipélius (1808-1890).
