beckham832 @llear003 The hobby lobby in Virginia did two years ago. They no longer sell them.

beckham832 @llear003 If you go on Youtube you can cleary see that they did carry quit a bit of Halloween decorations. I know the district manager for this DC, Maryland and Virginia are they she just confirmed they stop a few years ago due to the religious and historical background tied to the roots of Halloween.
