Halloween school girl skirt costume carnival 90’s

Perfect base for conservative fall carnival skirt to go as a school gir with enough fabric to cyst down and make into a jumper! Eight built in pleated with ribbon inserts so no major ironing! Dark brown with pink pin striping. I have a cat; she has never worn this skirt. ;)
