mousybabe @catherinelegate Unfortunately I don’t remember how old I was when I wore this 😄 But may be safest if you can measure your granddaughter’s torso and waist? The elastic in the skirt expands to 10” across. And the vest is about 12.5” wide, skirt is 12.5” long.
