Halloween ghost / “boo” toddler tutu 👻

Our daughter wore at age 4 but it’s elastic waistband so many ages could wear. Girly pink tulle with white satin ghosts, Pom Pom balls and “boo”s inside. Tutu is 9” long. Costume suggestion; pair with a white t-shirt to which you attach large “Googley” eyes. 👀so sweet.
