Halloween costume hairpiece

Adorable hair bands, with hats on top never have been worn were purchased at Michael’s this past October. Embellishments include sequins, feathers, satin flowers, and mesh bows. One has silver ribbon. One has black ribbon as seen in the photos. Price is for both
