Halloween Witch skirt

Only worn once, however I got caught on something when I wore it, hence the mesh tear, but that could be fixed pretty easily. Says it’s one size, but we all know how that goes. Bought from Spirit Halloween a few years back. Comes from a dog and cat friendly home.
