Orange with white polka dots on the bottom skirt and sweetheart neckline bodice. Candy Corn on black cotton fabric with multicolored dots for the top skirt and waist band. Black with white polka dots for the waist and neck ties. Cute and functional pocket. Add a witch hat and it makes a great cute and sexy witch costume! How fun would this be to dress up in this for your costume for that Halloween party?! Makes a nice hostess gift, or birthday or housewarming gift, or just a gift for yourself. Handcrafted by Pink Elephant Parlor. 100% cotton except for the bias trim. Fabric has been pre-washed to maintain fit. OSFM Approximate measurements: 27” length measured from lowest point of neckline to the hem, 11” width across the top of the bodice. 38” waist ties, 29” neck ties. Care Instructions: Spot treat as needed with color safe stain remover before washing. Machine wash with like fabrics on regular cycle. Hang dry or machine dry on low. Warm iron if needed. Petticoat/underskirt not included. The petticoat is only shown for display because my mannequin doesn’t have hips (Bin D)
