Darling vintage 1991 all vinyl Halloween themed poncho. It is clean and bright with few if any signs of use. It is tagged size small and appears it will fit kids ages 4 to 10 years old. It does not have a size tag. It has one snap closure at the neckline and a snap at each arm pit. Front and back have the same pumpkin print. Pit to pit it is 21" Length is 26"
