Halloween Costume handmade ice cream with sprinkles top. Top ONLY for sale.

This is for the TOP ONLY. Purchased Gildan t-shirt size M unisex and added hand cut sprinkles (or jimmies if your from the Northeast ;) ). I can’t find the brown skirt but it was purchased on Amazon. I also made the cherry on top, but also can’t locate. It was a headband from Target with a large red pompom and red pipe cleaner for the stem glued onto it. Feel free to reach with questions!
