Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Collectors Club Magic 1996

I have a collectors Ornament that hadn't been on a tree. This one ugs into a light on the tree .So I'm guessing it lights up.i don't have a tree to try on or would of tested it .It brand new never been out of the box up until I took the pictures of it . Smoke free home
