Excellent condition My son wore it at 11 months and it looked good. It may fit an average to smaller sized 12 - month old but I feel the legs may ride up on a longer/ taller baby or bigger 12-month old. This is extremely adorable, festive and warm for the winter & Holiday season. Could be unisex. I received so many compliments. Lovely heavy quality but comfortable & breathable for baby.
