Halife blue floral summer flowy tie front dress nwt

For size reference was modeled on a small mannequin. New with the brand tag attached, perfect condition. Loose fitting blue dress with lots of flowers and colors. Pinks, darker blue, teal, a little white, maybe more. Two different designs, at the bottom there is a different pattern with stripes and flowers. Also on the bottom part of the sleeve, with elastic at the top seam with a little stretch, 3/4 length. Round neckline with a small V in the front, has two white tassel ties. Pit to pit is 25", length 37", size XL, polyester and spandex, very lightweight and flowy, no stretch. Nice summer dress, could be dressed up or strictly casual with sandals.
