Half sleeve shirt, worn a few times.

Half sleeve shirt, says messy hair don't care with a design. It's from rue21, super comfy & kinda a high rise shirt. It's a size small but will fit an xs as well! Love this shirt but it just won't fit anymore and I don't have enough closet space for all my clothes. The sleeve are a light blue color, more greenish looking.
