Half circle knit cotton/modal/spandex swirly, drapey skirt, XL

The waistband is fold down like yoga pants. You decide whether to fold it down and how much. It’s 32 inches unstretched and so stretchy that you could stretch it up to 50 inches. I’m plus size and it fits me well. The skirt is 36 inches long, not including any part of the waistband.
