Beautiful sparkly blue Hale Bob heels with ribbon strap and rhinestone buckle. Please note the buckle does not open - there is elastic on the strap that pulls so you can get your foot in. 4.5" heel. I LOVE these shoes but only wore them a few times as I don't have much to wear them with so I am freeing up some space.
