Hale Bob Turquoise Velvet and Silk Beaded …

Beautiful flutter sleeve (open to the shoulder), silk lined w/ a velvet hand-beaded floral design. The dress is a blue-turquoise color. Size XS. I’m 5’3” and the hem is just a couple inches above the knee. Gently loved condition, may be missing some beads but nothing super noticeable. The dress fits well and is pretty, I just need to make space in my closet!
