The box has been custom fitted with music (the winder is marked Sankyo) and it plays Burt Bacharach’s 1965 composition “What the World Needs Now.” Works great! The enamel is in wonderful condition. No scratches or nicks that I can see. The music box is in excellent working condition. The hinge works well. Measures approximately 2.5 inches in diameter. No box. EXQUISITE!
