how is sizing? I own one in xl, and it was loose in the bust. so I'm contemplating whether I need to size down. I'm afraid if I size down, it might be tight in the waist and hips. I'm a size 14. so when I bought xl thinking, it was meant for 14, it said 16 so that was a bit big lol
