Hair accessory mini hat in blue/orange

Fascinator made from ties, by Rumplesilkskin, local to Humboldt County, where I live. It has an attached hair comb and a stretchy band. In really good condition. Each one is one of a kind and I’m selling several. The netting has a few tears.
