Hi! I wanted you to know before i shipped the candle that you bought, that I have several of these, but this scent had a small/short wick. I wanted to make sure it would light before I mailed it to you, so I lit it once and it was perfect. But, I wanted to explain to you why the wick looked light it had been lit before I ship it. If I don't hear otherwise from you, it will be shipped tomorrow morning. ~Take Care, Robyn

The candle is perfect. I just lit the wick, to make sure it would light easily. it is a fabulous scent. It is super well packaged so that it comes to you in perfect condition. It is brand new.

To tell you the truth, I just checked with my daughter and she says she always lights the wick before she sends it out to make sure there is not a problem, so the other one may have been lit also.

I just checked the Storm, and the wick had been tested because someone else was going to buy it. I would never mislead a customer over a sale. Also, think about it, I am making less than 8 dollars and I paid $28 for that special candle, because it is a special brand. Please tell me if you do not want me to ship it, because I will send all my packages out at 8am tomorrow. They are stacked by the front door. I like to get to the post office before anyone else. .

This is what happened. I got all the packing and bubble paper and tissue and a box and I took off the lid to the candle, lit it, to make sure it would light easily, then I blew it out. Packaged it all together with a note and a free gift and it is by the door.

Hi! Thank you for contacting me. I will make a few suggestions as to what we can do to quickly remedy the situation. You can keep the candle that I sent you, and maybe you would want to add it to the other candle as a gift for your friend. Poshmark makes me charge at least $3, because they take $2.95 out of the $3, leaving me with $0.05, I have no room to change that, but I can pay for your entire shipping, so you get both candles, for the price of 1 candle.

I only have one candle left. I had many, and they sold like crazy, and I only had the two left. I apologize for sending you the wrong one, in fact I think my daughter may have handed it to me to package and they all say, Natural Coconut Wax Blend, so i did not notice.. I sent you one, so I only have one left. know the vender and she ships them to me often. I can try to get you some more and if I do I will contact you.

What can I do to make you happy. The problem is I need a mailing label, and with the virus you can't go to fedex or ups. Can you think of a better solution. I would send it to you for free if I could.

Contact Poshmark customer service and see if they will generate another shipping label for you. They did once for me.
If not, USPS.com click and ship. You can put postage online.

I will investigate both options, please give me until Monday, because there is a skeletal staff on business days due to the Pandemic, and i won't get anyone tonight or tomorrow. I promise i will do everything to get this to you. I have an idea that i may be able to download the shipping label from my email, I will try that. If there is anything else you want instead, like jewelry or something that i know is only a few stamps for your friend, i can do that easily.
