Hair Crimper Hot tool

-this crimper does not heat up! I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but maybe someone knows how to fix the hot plates -the light and temperature still can go up and down when plugged in but for some reason doesn’t heat up -besides that it’s brand new condition and has no flaws *branded for exposure*
