Hailey & Co ruffled top / off the shoulder / spaghetti strap maxi dress

Never worn Hailey & Co pinkish/orangeish maxi dress. It has a ruffled top with two straps. The ruffles can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder! Cinched waist. Very comfortable and soft! This dress could truly be dressed up or down!
