Hagerty silver LOT Ross-Simons silverplate flatware serving ware vintage

Pre owned with a rainbow type of tarnishing on them. Unsure if they can be polished back to bright silver. The spoons and forks are marked Ross-Simons while the knives are only marked Korea. Serving utensils- 4 Forks- 24 Spoons- 24 Knives- 12 Length of bag- 20” Width of bag- 12”
