Haenuli Ball of Starlight JSK Overdress Navy 2014 Small

I purchased this from Haenuli directly while I was losing weight, hoping I would get small enough to wear it. It has hung in my closet for two years and I've never worn it. It is usually worn with a knee length chiffon underskirt but they were unavailable when I bought this and I never made one to go with it. My loss is your gain. New with tags, size small.
