The holes arrear to be cuts or puncture holes, as opposed to moth/insect damage, and likely could be carefully darned or repaired by buyer if desired. Sweater could probably benefit from some blocking/re-shaping, but isn't necessary. The brand and size tags are missing, but material tag on inside right seam shows Pure Cashmere and WPL 10873, which is assigned to the Hadley Cashmere Corporation.
