Gorgeous swing type topper that can be worn on its own or thrown over a tank or T. Beautiful fabrication which can be best described as reminiscent of a seersucker. Button front with 3 ornamental buttons and 4 hidden ones. Pleated back with one button and 3 matching buttons on the sleeves which can be worn straight down or cuffed. Side slits- no pockets. No fabric tags but I believe it’s a cotton/ rayon. Pit to pit is 19”,sleeve length 20”, front from shoulder is 26”, back length is 29”. Like new condition, smoke free environment
