The pictures do not do this dress justice ! I purchased it in 1999 from Victoria's Secrets for a Black Tie New Years Eve party to celebrate the new millennium. The bodice has a scattering of sequins that become more concentrated around the (high) waist and then scatter again throughout the skirt . The bodice is 8 in from the top point under the arm to the waist and 38 in from the waist to the bottom of the hem.
