Set of 4 “Treasures of Italy” dolls Italian countries represented are: 1- Florence, 7- Capri, 15- Salerno, 16- Syracuse Never played with, costumes are clean and bright, dolls show minimal wear. All dolls have original tags with name city and number in set. All tags are shiny and none appear to be bent or torn. Each doll comes with original box and includes letter from doll. A few of the cardboard boxes have splits at edges, but are nearly 50 years old. The “Treasures of Italy” dolls were a unique collection offered by the Prince Macaroni Company in the 1960s as part of a mail-away promotion. The set included 20 dolls, each representing a different famous Italian city. Hand-made in Italy, each doll was crafted with hand-tinted faces, native hairstyles, and traditional costumes. Height: 6'
