heathersink80 you look amazing!!!! may I ask you how you are doing it? I found out last week I've got severe insulin resistance and pcos. I started medication today to assist me with hopefully getting this extra weight off.

agirlonthego @heathersink80 sorry to hear that!!! And thank you! I feel amazing! I had gastric bypass weight loss surgery last May (‘21). I was 300 pounds and sick and tired of being sick and tired… I was busy doing everything for everyone else but myself and decided I was taking control with the help of this amazing tool. I am down 125 pounds in 10 months and holding steady. But with warmer weather coming I will be outside and more physical so I am hoping to lose another 20-30 pounds.
