H&R London red rose and black swing dress M

Hearts and Roses London stretch cotton swing dress. Marked as US8/UK12 but runs small. Includes black ribbon belt. Good condition. Very faint fading under arms--see photos. Photographed with petticoat (not included). While I lint roll before shipping, sometimes cat hair sneaks through. Please be warned if you have cat allergies. Flat measurements: Waist ~13" Waist to hem ~24.5"
