Theory Cotton Dress Pant, size 4. Excellent condition straight leg dress pant. Two front slit pockets near waist band, still sewn shut. Two back slit pockets. Button with metal hook, zipper closure. Material has texture. Some white stitching on inner thigh as original seems to have loosened. Easy fix with black thread. The length have been taken up I believe. Approx measurements flat lay Waist: 14.5 inches Inseam: 28 inches (2 inch inner hem ) Rise: 7.5 inches Foot opening: 8 inches
