I got it from UO, the brand that actually made this skirt is called Lark & Wolff. I've had it for a long time, but it's still in good condition. Most noticeable flaw is the elastic part is kind of twisted, but probably can be fixed with some patience. The skirt is light weight and flowly, see picture for how it looks like when wearing. Length is about 15.5".

caroshyu @jisulee when laying flat and not stretched it's 10.5", but it has an elastic waist so it can fit a size XS to S depend on your waist measurement. I'm 5'2" 105lb and wears size 24 pants in Madewell and 00 in Loft pants for your reference!
