HP Touchscreen Laptop $150 OBO

The laptop is working fine and has a charger. It's already factory reset. It's a touchscreen laptop too. The only problem is it makes a whirring sound sometimes. If you cannot pick it up I will be willing to drop off to you or we can meet. I do not need the laptop anymore just selling it for some extra cash because I bought a new laptop. I'm asking for 150 but I can negotiate for a price that's a better fit for you, just lmk i will get back to you as soon as I can👍
