pattycmoore How long from top of dress (at top of bust) to waist? I ask this because I am long waisted and some dresses with waists seem to look like empire syles on me. Thank you.

clotheswithedge @pattycmoore Usually I measure a dress from top of straps for accurate length, but per your request, measured from top of chest down the middle of the dress to the hem, it’s 30.75” long. I hope that helps.

pattycmoore That is not what I asked. I asked to measure from the top of the dress, at the top of the bust, to the WAIST. My concern is the length of the BODICE. Usually dresses are too short in the bodice for me because I have a long torso.Thus, they fit me like an Umpire style dress, with the waist hitting me just about 5-6 inches below my bustline. That is why I asked for that measurement. There is a method to my madness.

pattycmoore Thanks, I am sure you don't get too many requests for that measurement. However; 10.5 inches will come right at my rib cage, making this dress too short.
