Jessica Simpson dress with 3/4 sleeves in a beautiful cobalt blue color. This is a form fitting dress but has a deep V, and ruching zipper detail I’m front that makes it so flattering and hides any mid-section insecurities. Comfortable, stretchy material is nice and thick and so easy to wear. Dress has a lining for extra comfort and extra flattering finish. Zipper back with hook and eye closure. Like new; only worn twice. Size 20W.
