Fully lined high low ruffle military style jacket. Color is a light olive. 100% cotton and lining is 100% polyester. Can be worn open or buttoned closed. Sleeve length from shoulder to cuff measures almost 25 1/2 inches. From armpit to armpit when buttoned closed measures 16 inches front of jacket from collar to hem is 20 1/2 inches and back of jacket from top of collar to bottom of hem is 18 1/2 inches. Perfect condition but has been worn and very well taken care of
